Name:Shuuran
Shuuran appears in the Cat Arc of the anime series, which is *not* in the manga. She's one of four siblings trying to resurrect the leader of the Cat Family. Her powers include being able to cast illusions, and her three other siblings are Shuuran, Karan, and Touran.

Name:Shunran
Shunran is an illusionist.

Name:Souta
Kagome's younger brother. He makes regular appearances, (a bit more often than Jii-chan and Kagome's mother), but he's not very important to the plot. He did serve a few great plot devices, though! He's involved with Nikuzuki no Men, Mayu and Satoru, and most recently was in a filler episode involving romantic confessions.

| |
Name:Souten
This is the little sister of Hiten and Manten. Though she doesn't exist in the manga, she plays a very cute and wonderful role in an anime filler as she and her minion, Kouryuu, try to take vengeance on the Yasha gang (or rather, on Shippou). Though she's defeated in the end, she seems to develop a crush on Shippou, and all's well that ends well.

Name:Suijin
A Water Goddess. She was tricked by a snake demon (see Fake Suijin), who took her place and her godly weapon, a trident. As the Yasha gang fought the imposter, Miroku and Sango found the prison of the real Suijin and released her, carrying her (since she was in mini-form) to her trident after they "retrieved" it. Upon touching it, she grew to a normal size and reclaimed her position.

Name:Suikotsu
A member of the Shichinintai [Seven-Man Group], this guy is really two men. One is a doctor who loves children, and the other is a mercenary who loves killing children. He has Disassociative Identity Disorder (split-personality disorder). Both versions of Suikotsu are aware of each other in one manner or another. The first person from the protagonists' side to meet him is Kikyou, who is surprised that such an ordinary doctor has a very, very pure Shikon no Tama [Jewel of Four Souls] shard in his neck. She's not too slow in figuring out his quirk, though. It seems, too, that Suikotsu meets practically everyone important in this series. He even has a chance to kidnap Rin at one point, but the doctor in him finally wins the battle for their mind, and allows himself to die thanks to an arrow through the neck.

Name:Taigokumaru
A bat demon. His son, Tsukyoumaru, fell in love with a human, who bore him a daughter named Shiori. To read more about their story, see Shiori's description.

Name:Takeda Kuranosuke
A rich, arrogant lord. Six years ago, he watched a battle between a bear demon and the Demon Exterminators that his family had hired. He instantly fell in love with Sango, and when the Yasha gang are hired to return and exterminate the same bear demon, he offers Sango his hand in marriage! She tells him that she must fulfill her obligation to her brother, but Kuranosuke is a tenacious guy! He hasn't given up yet!

Name:Taroumaru and Suekichi
Childhood friends, Taroumaru and Suekichi (the one with the beady eyes) had to survive an ordeal with the Fake Suijin, who was terrorizing the local villages with floods when he didn't get his child sacrifices. Taroumaru, the son of Nanushi (or village leader), was chosen as the next sacrifice, but Nanushi sent Suekichi instead. As Suekichi's sacrificial procession left for Suijin's water palace, Taroumaru approached the Yasha gang about saving his friend. The Yasha gang kicked the fake Suijin's butt, and everyone was happy.

Name:Tatarimokke
This is a demon born from the souls of dead children, which plays with the souls of recently deceased children on their way to heaven. If a child's soul becomes evil due to anger or regret, it will begin to open its eyes as the evil becomes stronger. Though the demon is generally gentle, if the child becomes a completely vengeful spirit, the demon completely opens its eyes, and drags the child's soul to hell. This demon played a part in the episode about Mayu and her younger brother, Satoru.
